Account wrongfully charged!!!

I have an account with Woolworths & decided to pay it up, whereby I called the accounts department to enquire what the settlement balance was. They gave me an amount which I then paid in a day or two later. I then called them after payment was made & told them that I would like to keep the account open, but if there's any fees that's going to be accumulating then I would rather close the account. They in tern told me that there will be no fees charged if the account is not being used. They then called me & demanded that I pay the outstanding amount of R133 or I will be handed over to their legal department. Not that I don't want to pay the amount, I just don't agree with the way the matter was handled & wrong info that was given to me by the consultant. The Woolworths group are all about making money & not about client service...

Woolworths not closing my account after I paid
