Poor selection and terrible attitude

Refused future service due to late return - 48hrs
Any fine incurred was paid immediately, yet we were told our account is now cancelled and threatened to be
Blacklisted from other branches!
The affencive manor in which this apparent policy was enforced was completely unexceptable!
In a time where DVD's are readily available via Blockbuster (DSTV), how can Video Den so easily turn away paying customers.
