Our agreement was simple, A R1500 deposit and then another R1500 if I am happy with the video and service in a professional manner. Problem: He first missed the due date of sending a video clip to get my approval on his work so far and then claimed to be battling so I provided him with more footage which I paid for and gave him 4 more set due dates which he missed. He then sent me an email swearing at me and telling me that I will get the video and I do not have to pay him anymore cash, in that set of emails which I have saved he also confessed that his reasons are that he and had not started the video. I then gave him another set date and he fully agreed for Thursday the 20th of June, after all the, bad attitude and unprofessionalism I felt sorry for him and agreed that he may send the video and I would pay a further R1500 if I was happy even though he asked me not to pay any more money and acted in a terrible manner. Today is the 23rd of June and suddenly I received a message to say I must now pay him a further R1500 or I will not receive the video. I responded today by sending him all his past messages and his response was "Do whatever you want".
