Bad Quality of Movie

I wish to bring to attention, the bad quality of a movie that my Father and I Watched this Fathers Day (16-06-2013). I treated my father to a movie (Star Trek). We watched the 20:30 show. Unfortunately we did not enjoy it because the movie kept pausing for a split second every 15 - 20 minutes or so. How can this be allowed to happen since movie tickets are really expensive and as a consumer, i would expect the highest quality and service for my money each and every time. This really spoilt what was otherwise a really nice day. I am really disappointed because my father and I don't really get to spend too much of time together and now we will have not so fond memories of the not so grand time we had a the movies this Fathers Day...
