Outstanding Wedding video

We hired Maartens Photographic to do our wedding photos and video on 25 Feb 2012. They're based in Pretoria and the wedding took place in Polokwane. Everything including accomodation and travelling costs was paid for.

we have only received the photos after much pressure and countless emails however we still don't have the video. We keep on calling and emailing to no response.

In March we were told the video is 2/3rd complete and that is also after we followed up.

I must say im very dissapointed at their after service its very poor. There are no updates and nothing is communicated to us we always have to keep on checking on the progress.
