Our children were booked into your resort for the matric rage 2013. Firstly, they were only informed upon arrival of a R500 breakage deposit PER PERSON . They broke one glass in their chalet (unit 8), and informed the reception of this, were told that R10 will have to be paid for this (accepted). They went into town on a certain date, and came back to find that one of the whisky glasses disappeared after the cleaning lady tended the unit. They reported this to reception, and got told that she will "call the sangoma to come look for the glass". I find this highly threatening and highly unacceptable!! Then one of the louvre windows' glasspanes went missing after the cleaning team came in (serious security threat!) which they also reported, for which they had to pay R190!!
Firstly, do you always threaten guests with sangomas etc?? Is it normal for the cleaning team to remove glasses, and window panes and then bill the guests for it?
I expect the following to be paid back to us promptly: R190 for the windowpane the cleaning team, R10 for the whisky glass the cleaning team. As well as a written apology for the threats made to the children
