Pine Forest
Ripped off from deposit/breakage fee

We went for a weekend to pine forest in Ceres. They charges us a deposit/breakage fee of R450, the rule is if anything gets broken then they would take they breakage fee which is totally understandable. They also have a rule that if any vandalism or noise polution takes place then they will evict you and the deposit will be kept. People complaint that our music was to loud and when the security came to us we did exactly what he said, we put the music soft and put the speaker inside, and take into account that this was about 7pm. Pine forest office does not want to repay the deposit just because in certain people's opinion our music was to loud, and my point is if we did not adhear to putting softer then I would understand, but they didnt evict us which proves we did adhear and therefore I feel that we are being ripped off. I contacted there offices and just because of a report of a complaint, not stating that we did not adhear.
