I have battled to get DSTV service operational in as far as having 2 decoders and switching from one to the other. This has been ongoing for a year. A couple of months ago they eventually resolved the problem by creating separate accounts and disconnecting my extraview. For the sake of ease of use I accepted this decrease of service offered. This week the system suddenly allowed service to be disconnected but would not reconnected. I have had this happen 3 times now with long phone calls and empty promises of it being fixed.
I have asked to be put through to the relevant department but was refused to do so. Promises of a call back are also NOT kept
