During the last week of May, I subscribed to PVR / Box Office. On Saturday, 1 June, I called the call centre because I was unsuccessful in my attempt to rent my first FREE movie. They could not help and advised that my call would be escalated and someone would call me within 48hrs. Sunday came and went, as did Monday. I called on Monday and was told it was being escalated again. Still no call back on Tuesday or Wednesday. Wednesday I complained on the FB page and Twitter and was promised a call back, still nothing. Last night I contacted DSTV on twitter again and even though I was promised a call back, they now told me to just call the call centre. NOT ONCE has someone called me, or tried to help, I get passed from pillar to post. I am sick of paying for a service that I am clearly not receiving. The call centre are useless, you can hear as they speak to you that they don't really care about your problem, the social networking team are even worse. Making simple promises such as a call back that they can't keep to. I am disgusted with the service I have received, and 7 days later I still cannot rent a movie and no one knows why or even cares.
