I recently purchased a Dstv decoder and called in to subscribe, this has been the most expense and time consuming transaction i have ever done. I send 4 call back requests, sent emails and go no call back, i called through to the call centre this was use less it cost me over R180 in airtime to get nothing done. I eventually got through subscribed but had no picture due to the software not being updated. I eventually went to a Dstv service centre where they resolved the problem, i now want to change my package i have been on hold for over 15mins this is ridiculous there is no customer service and i customer has to pay a huge some of money subscribe.
