I contacted Momentum in december to make amends on my policies during the festive seasons as most companies got paid on the 15th, but i then instructed the call centre that please debit my account on the 15th of dec and turn it back to the 20th the next month which was supposed to be January. in january they then debited the account on the 15th and there were no funds, but i called and asked the to listen to the call for my instructions and the promised to call me back, but they didn't. and on the 20th? i had a double debit, which i then went to the bank to cancel it as i didn't understand to as to why i had a double debit. this morning 22/02/2013 i get sms saying my policieshave lapesd and i'm still waiting for the call centre agent to call me back with my call recording i had the last time i called Momentum for changes. so please PEOPLE OF MOMENTUM GO AND CHECK OR LISTEN TO MY LAST CALL IN DECEMBER AND LISTEN TO MY CALL SO YOU CAN LISTEN TO WHAT WAS INSTRUCTED TO YOUR CALL CENTRE AGENT AND ALSO LISTEN TO THE JANUARY CALL. BECAUSE THIS SEEMS MORE UNPROFFESIONAL FROM A WELL ESTABLISHED COMPANY LIKE MOMENTUM TO BE /CHEATING ITS CLIENT.
