Went to go and pay my account at N1 Multichoice on the 05 June 2013 07:15.
I was inform that I must pay a reconnection fee. I was not satisfy with the answer / response as to why I must pay the extra fee.
I request a supervisor, was told they not in. went back to the info desk gotten a new number went to another counter where I again requested a supervisor.
Face to face interaction is of poor customer service. I surely hope not to step in to your branches if that's the attitude of Some People.
