My recent interaction with your customer service agent on 1-02-13 was appalling. She didn't greet when I approached her, didn't say goodbye even when I left. She gave big loads of bad attitude, didn't even make me finish my sentence's and constantly interrupted me while voicing my concern. Her body language & tone of voice was seriously shocking for someone who is face to face with clients. When she asked me is there anything else she can help me with I said NO as I couldn't stand and receive putrid service any longer.
