Dstv Mistake

We came into Dstv after receiving a bill which was not at the normal rate but at a Extra R70 which was for additional services which we never registered for.
We came in very confused and upset about the extra charge but Sthandiwe sorted it out with absolute professionalism and got us back to our standard charge.
