Ster-Kinekor
14 days and still counting!

I contacted Ster-Kinekor to complain about poor service and the lack a chair... in a cinema... for where I booked my ticket. I got a response after two days saying that the message had been sent to the relevant department and that I would receive a reply within 48 hours. It has now been 14 days and I am still waiting.
