A Friend and I went to see Iron man 3 on the 4th of may at Greenstone sterkinkor, .

We where in the Que where one of the staff then took us to one of the self help tills next to primary tills, where he assisted us in getting tickets for the movie after swiping our movie cards, i was told i can only pay with a card, which does make sense to me, and i handed over my FNB Chipped Cheaque card where it was swiped where they swipe your movie card and then the employee placed my card inside the card machine, and i entered my pin and as soon as that was completed, instantly at 14:46 i received my sms that the tickets where paid and we where on our way, i had not used my card since then and my bank records would reflect as such. Then on friday the 10th i wanted to pay for fuel with my card and my pin was rejected, and making sure my pin was correct i reentered it and it was again rejected at 18:28. After which i contacted my bank and had them stop my card and account which was at 18:46.

It is disconcerting that such has been committed at a facility which trades so heavily on consumer satisfaction and trust, This is unacceptable and i will expect a full report from your institution a
