On the 10May2013 i went to the casino to while there i decided to play rolette, i threw a R100 chip on the table and called zero and 9 neighbours however the dealer did not hear me so she put my chip aside, when i returned to the table she gave my chip back and said it was too late, i then gave her a rR50 chip and said zero neighbours and gave the black R100 chip and said 9 and 27 neighbours, she ignored me and then the supervisor by the name of Bongani asked me what i said as they did not hear me so i then told him and repeated my bet to him and i went to the next table where i had another bet there as well, when i returned to the table i saw the number 6 had won and that is the neighbour for 27, the dealer claims she never heard me and the supervisor said i am not allowed to play on 2tables at teh same time and my bet was null and void, i then requested the manager whos name is Reggy, he came to me and aske what had happen so i explained it to him and asked who is Bongani he said the supervisor i then asked him if i told him the bet what happens he said the bet goes if i told the supervisor so i said i repeated it 3times to him, Reggy then said ok he is going to check video and audio
