I was at Emerald the night of the 27/01/2013 where I walked to the roulette table in the smoking section.
I went and threw my note on the table and specifically called my bet (R100 on no. 13) about 22:25pm
I walked to the bar to get a drink while the dealer was still spinning.
When I returned the dealer paid my winnings short, I've asked for the reason the dealer rudely advised that I said 13 neighbors.
When requesting that the video footage needs to be reviewed to get clarity, no one wanted to assist, only received rude attitude.
Denzsel Chetty came to the table after loudly requesting that someone needs to sort out this matter, he can't do anything I should go to the gambling board.

I had an minor incident by another casino where a call was made for an R5 chip and they reviewed it without any hassles, they went out of their way for a dispute for a R5 bet.
Isn't that the reason why casinos have video footage?
