Promises do not mean anything

Recreation & Entertainment

After posting on HelloPeter the topic related frustrated due to incorrect information which can be found https:///multichoice/complaints/frustrated-because-of-false-information-1083248 I was promised that the cheque will be paid in the following day, however it did not, only got paid in 5 days later on the Monday, and then the 7 days waiting period still applies. Where I should have had my money by now, it will only be ready next week some time, this is really poor service, as you take the money electronically you can refund it electronically as I had to get money from somewhere just to carry on, being charged interest where you have been receiving interest on my money for 15 days not to mention the fees I had to pay for my failed debit orders / honouring fees.

Yes you have a monopoly and yes we need you more than you need us, as one consumer is not going to make a difference in your bottom line, but please train your guys, get your information inline and up your customer support please as we do understand slip ups happen but with correct info we can at least plan accordingly and not be left red-faced. Regards Francois
