I have been phoning since last month with regard to account showing payment of over R800, 00. Even though there is suppose to be credit on the account of paying more per month. Last month Ref 128961293 I was told that they do see the credit that needs to be done but I need to pay the normal installment and it would be done for this month. I spend more then 3 hours on the phone then with Multichoice. 13 May I spoke to Thalo manager in the call center Ref 131807869 another 50 min phone call and were told that someone from accounts shall contact me. 2 days later and I still have not been contacted. Today another 30 min on the phone and were asked the same as last month. Pay the full installment and we shall sort it out during the month. This is not acceptable. Can somebody contact me from the billing department who is capable of adjusting it. Acc: 48065907.
