No Movie showing / cancelled that I have booked

This is the 3rd bad experiences I had with the Tygervalley Cinema. I have booked 2 tickets to watch Iron Man 3 last night which should have started at 20:10. We we waiting and the 1st person that came to apologize was only after 25 min. She said that they had technical difficulties and will be resolved soon. So we waited.. After about 10 min she came back saying that they are loading the film. The same after another 10 minutes, and then at the end it finally came out that they cant find the movie to load. Total waist of time = 50 min.

This is completely unacceptable for the high price you have to pay for 3D movies. The staff to as all the time. What a joke!

I am sorry but I want more than my money back.

Please get back to me ASAP.
