IT IS A MIRACLE

I have been told I needed to get an installer to come check the LNB and or if the dish didnt move, this is after endless calls to them, guess what, today the channels i have been missing got back and this is with no installer ever being here, now I need to know what will happen to the amount I paid you guys for the channels I didnt get for the entire week and also what will happen to the money i wasted calling you over and over and what would have happened had i went ahead and took your advice and called the installer only to be told THERE IS NOTHING WRONG?
Until there is a decent competition out there, you guys will carry on giving us horrendous service... well, like any other thing, this will also come to an end so enjoy it while it lasts.
