Service not available and help centre no help

Good Day My on demand vanished from the options to watch on my HD PVR, I called the call centre to fix this they did. this happened twice already it is now the third time and it has vanished again. after numerous calls to the call centre with no help being given and no solution being found. on my last call I was asked to rather download the on demand service from the website??

I am a paying customer and have been for many years and find this lack of service to be unacceptable.

can some body come back to me so this can be sorted out properly once and for all.
