i submitted a complaint last month, regarding the payment system. we pay dstv via eft every month before the due date.

And every single month, our dsvt gets suspended, because your stupid finance department cannot do their job properly.

I submitted a complaint online and you responded saying that everything has been sorted out! You!!!

we paid this month via eft and this morning, our account has been suspended again!!!

YOU CLEARLY DID NOT DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY!! DSVT IS ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT!!

i have no choice but to report YOU and dstv to the consumer ombudsman!
