Room move

People are in the habit of always complaining and never complimenting, so here is our contribution to the later.

Thank you to ALL the staff at the Wild Coast Sun for making our holiday this year an absolute pleasure! Alec you have an excellent team working with you. The weather was fantastic as well :)

We stayed their from the 14th - 19th of April 2013. After an initial bungle up upon check in, everything else was great. Nokwando and Audelia sorted out the room move for us staight away the following morning - thank you ladies for your excellent service.

From entry at the gate to the porters and all over the staff always had a smile on their faces and were willing to assist if they could. The grounds are well maintained. We noticed the chances in the corridors and facilities of refurb that had been done. Your eco friendly a/c system and lighting system in the rooms are brilliant (as we eco friendly people). The food was good and we enjoyed ourselves in the casino area as well. The rooms were clean and comfy. All round a lovely experience again!
