141% increase in annual fees

Easyview - mom got an sms indicating that she is R9 overdue - contacted Multichoice on her behalf just to be informed that the annual fees without her knowledge (postal address incorrectly captured from contract) increase from R150 pa to R349 pa - this is a 141% increase on a pensioner salary!! Was informed that clients just need to adhere to increases as determined by Multichoice!!
Initial operator seemingly did not know the system as I was put on hold several times, requested in the end to speak to his superviso
