The most exceptional service eve

I went for a holiday with my family (my fiance and son) checked in the 29/03/2013 at Garden Court Umhlanga. The receptionists were friendly, smilling and happy to assist (I think they all on happy pills :-). We checked in after 6 which was after the check in time and we mistakenly booked a single room instead of a family room. The lady who helped us was understanding and told us not to worry and that she will help us. They were fully booked and they didnt have baby-court but they managed (i dont know how) to provide us with a brand new baby court. Our room was in a Smoking area and not even once did i smell cigarette. The rooms were ALWAYS clean. The pool was always warm and my son loved the kids playing area. The shuttle guys were friendly and ALWAYS on time. The breakfast mhhh. I work for Discovery Vitality and i am happy that we are a partner with Tsogo Sun. Thank you so much for making my holiday stay so pleasant.
