I would like to compliment DSTV and their call center for the way they handled my querie. My house was broken into last weekend and I requested them to halt my subscription. The lady promised that all was done and whenever I need to reinstate my account I can do it online. I was just on their website and I see everything is alright. Thank you DSTV in this day and age it is good to know that some companies have technologies that make our lives easier. Just need to check if I could have halted the subsription online that would be even better. Or maybe even upgrade or downgrade the subscription... just a thought maybe the options are there haven't checked but thank you multichoice.
