After holding on the line for over 10 minutes, my call was cut by Cecil who had massive attitude and wasn't helpful at all. He couldn't even be bother to greet me properly. That's not the service we are promised and doesn't help them win anymore customers. Cecil's attitude stinks and should be fixed quickly.
