If hits the fan! Trust me chat to this man!

I had the mother of all fights with Mango Airlines 3 weeks ago. Now seeing that they dont even comment or help with hellopeter complaints i thought it is a waste of my precious time to even rant about it. I phoned Head Office stated my case (several times, phone was put down in my ear more then once), and eventually put through to the only person that deserves a salary at Mango... a Mr Cecil Hutchings! Call Centre Manager in CPT, took my call, sent my complaint to the right people, and also kept me in the loop all the time. The little snotnosed ground crew that treated me and my daughter like have been reprimanded (cant wait to see their sweet little faces next week when i fly again)! They made a mistake of taking me on!! Anyway CECIL, you rock!!! PS. always but always get the contact details of the CEO's PA... nothing like taking it right to the top.
