Washing machine not fixed

I had a problem with my washing machine, called sumsung who refered me to their service provider MM All Electronics, i have had a terrible service from the word go. I called explained what was wrong with my machine and paid the the labour and call in fee. Electrician can after sometime who checked to say the motor is faulty need new one. I paid for the new motor and they took their time with the order and in the interim no one bothered to tell me how far they are from getting the part i had to constantly call, with no joy. At some stage i spoke with the manager who promised to sort this out and he never i dont remember his name. Eventually the part can and electrician came Zain to replace the motor and told me the machine is right and if there is any problem i must call him. After two day did my washine as per normaly only to find the same problem i complianed about has not been sorted, even after i was assured all is in order. I called Zain who promised to come and check on the 25 Sep 2013 he never did, sent him sms explaining my frustration did not bother himself with responding. Then i called the MM ALL spoke with Cecil who promised to have someone come over on the 27 Sep still
