I've applied for a top tv account arround 4 months ago, emmiedietly bought a decoder and was promised the instalation withing 24hours, technician eventually pitched after a WEEK! Eversince i have experienced horrible connection and faulty channels. I am unable to connect with any of the channel when the wind is blowing or even when its a little misty. Most of the time the picture quality has flashing weird looking colours and is bearly ever clear. I have a brand new TV and ive tested this on a dvd to ensure that its not my tv that is faulty. I was promised 2days ago that Ben would come and check this problem out, we arranged to meet after 20:00 on the 30th. He phoned me 5 minutes before the arranged time to ask if it would be possible to do the next day since it was too dark to see anything outside, i willingly agreed seeing that it was a reasonable excuse. We rearranged to meet the following day at 11:00, i took the day off for this... he never pitched. I could have phoned, but chose not to! I am SICK of following up on horrible service and i knew from previous time that the complaint centre would do nothing about this since they never follow up or sttend this...
