Thato Mahlamvu (Patner @ E&Y)- owns a unit in Winchester Hills and he employed a agency from Massive Properties and she offers bad service. I wouldnt advise anybody to do ther work or look for a property through her. She never gets back to you when you have problems. I moved oun end of March and today it is end April without my Deposit back. when i moved into the house it was messy and they employed some ridiculous contractor to do the. When we moved in the Kitchen Mixer was damaged and we told the owner that it was loose, and we kept on Gluewing it on with no one coming to fix it. The house if full of damp and i never complained about it or ask for it to be fixed. My kids would have gotten sick out of it and i had to always speak to the agent who never gets back to people. I do not understand why such a professional would hire and in-efficient agent to manage their property. its been that long and i told the agent that if the owner insist that i do the thing i will replace them myself but they went on hired someone and charged us R1250.00 for only a sink mixer, Labour and a toilet seat. the mixer we didnt have to replace. I want my money back failry.
