Unable to get deposit refunded

We moved out of the property at the end of Sept 13, we waited until November & we had to try get hold of them, the person dealing with our account ignored our attempt to get hold of her, when we eventually did there was one excuse after the next, the snag list they ignored from when we first moved into property (which not one thing on our list was ever repaired) they tried to charge us for those repairs, the agent refused to let us speak to owner & rude messages were then sent to us when we started putting pressure on agent.

There agents service is disgusting.
