Do not keep to their word

I left my key as I believed the prop response I had received yesterday would actually be actioned.

To my surprise as I walk into the building to collect me key I am called by the very friendly gentleman that cleans here asking me, have you received feedback? I was like what feedback, he says they came to take out the carpet in the flat opposite your and they didn't even measure or take out yours.

So basically the below email was just to get rid of me I assume.

I am very unhappy of this whole thing cause the only person that's concerned about the smell or the wetness was the friendly gentleman and not anyone else really like no one. I'm happy to see that they care more about getting their money@the end of the month but customer service that they themselves pride and even send an email of recommendation for good service is nothing but just a few black and white words.
