Poor houese plumbing.and i have to suffe

My husband and i bought a house in 2011 and we singed for it on 07.2011 then we rented it out for six months, with in the six month my tanant experianced geiser problem, and she called them they came and assisted.then after 6 month i moved in aporn moving in i was only able to use the bath for 3 months as the gieser started acting up again .when i open my bath tap hot water is coming out of the ceiling and down the walls.its been more that 8 onths i cant use a bath only my shower and kichen tap is working.then i called the insuarance to come and have a look.they came and told me the damage is big i have to pay exs 1700 in order for them to assist.of which i dont have that kind of money .im paying cars a bond of 5700 and now i have to pay 1700 for poor quality work and cheap material being used when the house is beeing built.

last month my basen tap started leacking .we had to spend 400 to fix it as water was all over.0and now the outside tap water is reallising hot hot water fora seconts then the water stops.and then all the taps are not working now.we kept buying water thinking maybe its finish but when we check we have 1000 liters of water.we are using water from next doo
