No water supply

Its been 8 months no that we do not have water during the day... maybe for an hour or two.
There is no water chortage... they told me that they do not put on the pumps for water.
Now I have 4 children I can't do my washing and they can't take a bath!!! ThIs is unacceptable and inhuman!!!
You cant live without water.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP US I CAN'T LIVE LIKE THIS ANYMORE!!
We pay our bills and and and they let us life like this
