Deposit query being ignored

My lease terminated at the end of February 2013. After some delays I received a portion of my refund back. I was told that there were no problems with my account and that R1500 would be withheld to settle the last municipal account. I was also told that I would be supplied with a detailed statement of account.

My deposit amounted to R11880 excluding interest, yet only 9000 was refunded to me. I have still not received a statement either.

I have tried numerous times to contact the agent and accounts department but have not received a single response to my query.

My account was always paid on time yet it seems that Harcourt is not prepared to extend the same courtesy to me.
