Disgusting Attitude & terrible service from afhco

I have never been so off!! i had failed to make the rental payment for the month of march 2013, hoping i would call my respective property accounts staff for further arrangements pertaining the outstanding
i have received a letter stating that i am about to get listed on credit Bureux with just ONE months' reversal, i have then sent an e mail to charlene and the response went as follows "please note that its too late for the arrangements payment due today" how professional??? i have then received an sms in a few minutes time stating that credit control procedure will be followed, i have then called and spoke to charlene who wasnt intrested on what i wanted to say, even a desency of asking the root course of the reversal, now i am busy getting threatened by sms' entailing prosecution orders etc, i have advised that i can only make half of the payment this week and the next the overall balance will be covered the following week i was told that everyone can make that story up so i need to make a payment! i have been a loyal tenant for the past three years without any reversal on my account, and this is what i get??? How pathetic!!!
