UNACCEPTABLE DELAY IN DEALING WITH DECEASED ESTATE

My husband passed away on the 4th July 2010. In July 2011 Barbara de Jager offered to assist me in finalising the deceased estate as well as transfer my husband's portion of our fixed property into my name. She advised me it would only take a couple of months. I tried to communicate with her to find out progress on each occasion my telephone messages and email requests were ignored. Eventually the property was regisitered into my name in April 2012. Again after many failed attempts I managed to get my title deeds from her in October 2012 with a promise that it would only take a couple of months for the estate to be wound up. It is now January 2013 and since Monday 21st I have again tried repeatedly to contact her to find out what is happening and she won't return my calls. I would like this matter settled immediately now.
