Dishonest agent

We moved out 3 months earlier to another town but agreed that we will continue to pay the rent until we/they found someone to take over the contract. We found out that all the people we referred were shown other properties instead of ours or they were told that nothing in that specific area was available. I refused to pay any further payments and send a complained through to Melissa at Customer care. It was forwarded to the Bloem branch with clear instructions to provide full feedback and resolution and to add me to their response email. A month down the line I'm still waiting for a response. After a phone conversation stating that I'm not going to pay I received a mail that they used the deposit as rent and that I'm still responsible for the next months rent not mentioning anything about my complaint. Today I received a mail that I'm R1450 outstanding including a notice that I'll be black listed if not payed in 7 days. This is for contract breach, commission and late payment. As far as I'm concern this issue wasn't handled correctly as they made no effort from their side to respond to my complaint or their dishonest agent. According to the consumer law I'm also not liable eithe
