Most unproffesional outfit

We were about to rent a property through Erica Bruyns Rawson group in moreletapark. When we went. to sign the lease agreement they suddenly bactracked on all the promises they made when we first saw the property (painting of walls inside, fixing the roof, leaking showers), we pointed this out and mentioned it as pre-conditions on the lease agreement we had to sign. All Erica cared about was us making our payments and us not doing anything to the house (even though it looked like and they now suddenly didnt have the money to fix what was promised). Red lights went up in the interview with Erica treating us like school children who is about to make trouble.

We signed the contract and were congratulated on the property. Two weeks later when we followed up with them we were told someone else got the contract (after we already signed it). In hindsight this is propably a blessing in disguise but unfortunately leaves us in a bit of a lurch!

Please be aware of these people and stay as far away from them as possible.
