FIRST CHIOCE REALITY CC (FCRCC) COMPLIANT AFTER LOSSING R15000.00 ON INTEREST DUE TO INACCURATE ESTIMATES BY fcrcc

I Lost about R15000.00 as a result of the developer's inaccurate estimates and the developer (Fanus Coetzee) tells me that's life. Between the months of May and June 2012 I made an application to buy my first house with FCRCC which was accepted and the Bond application was approved by FNB in June 2012. Today it's the 26th of March 2013 and I have not moved in to that house as yet. FCRCC breached of the AGREEMENT TO SUPERVISE AN OWNER-BUILDING CONSTRUCTION OF A RESIDENTIAL DWELLING contract entered into. FCRCC starting the building of the house before the registration of the bond and breaching the building contract, this meant that the first progress payment was going to be a larger amount of money than usual which was more than half of the purchase price of the property. I contacted Fanus Coetzee to express my dissatisfaction about losing R15 000.00 on interest as a result of his inaccurate estimates and he tells me "THAT IS LIFE HE HAS ACTED WITHIN THE TERM OF THE OF THE CONTRACT and I can go lay a compliant on hallo perter.
