No show for confirmed appointment

My wife and I are looking for a simplex to rent in Pretoria East. I had found an ad, on Tueday 19/03/2013 with reference RR600880 on the private property website, and sent an email to the agent (Coenraad). He phoned me back that evening and we set up an appointment for us to view the property on Thursday 21/03/2013 at 11:00. Coenraad assured me, that even though it was a public holiday, it would not be a problem for us to view the property then. We arrived at the address about four minutes early, and waited until 11:00. We phoned Coenraad at least ten times, and he opted not to answer his cellphone. We waited for about twenty minutes, smsed him, phoned him again, and still had no luck in reaching him. To date, he has still not contacted me back, to apologise or even to set up another appointment. Obviously he is not interested in our business so we shall be taking our time, money and effort elsewhere. Goodbye Coenraad.
