Regardless of my Levy payments being up to date, Propell has managed to force me into arrears again!
The agreed monthly levies differ every month, without any justification. I have asked them 3 times to send me a statement for April explaining another deviation of the agreed levies. No RESPONSE.
Extra charges have been added to my account without any explanation.
Propell has created a system funding them selves at the cost of the property owners. The Body Corporate is kept happy by Propell paying the Levies upfront. This system is funded out of the owners pocket by milking us with the ridiculous intereset costs, SMS charges, Email charges. These costs are deliberately not communicated so they can enforce legal costs at the first possible occasion.
This is a clear case for the Customer Protection Act as numerous complaints have been to no avail.
