Deposit Refund Refusal

I used to stay at 152 Broadwalk Crescent, Midrand and the unit was managed by Just Letting, Midrand. The agent responsible for my Unit was Lerato Ramolobeng. When i moved out at the end of June 2012 they refused to refund my deposit and came with all sorts of excuses saying i was fined for making noise and all sorts of collaborated untruths. They even claimed that i moved out later than 12H00 noon which is a lie. I tried in vain getting my money back until this day. I have all the communication on record of all the back and forth e-mails that have been going on.

To this day they have not given me my money back.
