How long am I supposed to wait

I have not had any joy with trying to get the things in my unit fixed, it started with a sliding door that is not opening as it should becasue of wear and tear on the slider, that was ecalated a couple of months ago and is still not fixed. Last week the geyser started leaking and water was seeping through the light bulbs in the ceiling. We have had to switch off the power supply to the house and we have not had any feedback since. We instead get told of people in meetings and I person by the name of JC who really didn't talk, she just kept saying hhmmm, hmmm, hmmm... I kept quiet to see if she was actually listening to me but she too just stopped responding and eventually hung up on me. I'm frustrated beyond what words could explain and nobody seems to care to get back to me. If I pay to get these things fixed myself, its cuming off my rent because I have given fair notice, with no responses.
