Listing Property without permission

An agent, Caroline Rist of InfoProp approached us with a cash buyer without us seeking her services.
She then proceeded to take photos, list on their company website and Property24 website without our knowledge. We had not at this stage even decided whether we wanted to sell and discovered our house online while doing searches for possible new homes for ourselves were we to move! She then asked to bring more potential buyers but we said the owner of the house was unavailable to sign the required Permission to sell agreement she had left with us. She herself said "I should not have brought any buyers around without that document signed.'
After discussion with the owner it was decided not to use the agent as she had worked so unprofessionally, had upped her commission from one visit to the next and tried dropping the agreed selling price. We had not been provided with a marketing plan yet she wanted us to sign a sole mandate...
When we wrote to her informing her of the decision not to use her and a request for her to remove all advertising (current and planned) they did not but rather added a new listing with You Tube video on Private Property!
