Security Deposit Refund

Real Rentals did not come to inspect the house while I was still there, though I requested them to. They passed stipulated 14 days to refund my security deposit. They never called to update me. They never made any indication about damages at the house. Everytime I called they promised to pay that night. Suddenly on the 15th day I call & am told an inspection has been done and I will lose some of the security deposit money! They made quotations to repair what they saw in my absence and deducted my the amount of money they deemed fit. They lost that right to keep my money the moment 14 days lapsed.
