Hi there,

I moved out on the 31st August 2013, prior to that, arrangements were made between myself and Cherise (real estate) for inspection to be conducted on the same day which I was moving out. To my surprise, she requested that I should handover the keys to the new tenant, which I did. She then decided to go out 3 days after I moved to do the inspection. I was then told that my refund will be processed between 7 to 14 working days, which never happened.

That period has elapsed, I made follow up with her, she then told me I must talk to the person responsible for the transfers (which is Mariana). Tried several times to get hold of Mariana through sms's, emails, and remained unsuccessful to reach her. Last week, she responded via sms telling me that she was busy with Quotations hence the delay. Today, Mariana sends me an email, attached a quotation, telling me that I wont be receiving my deposit due to painting works which will covered by my deposit money. Still, when I contacted her so that I can get clarity on her quotation, no response again.

I strongly feel, this real estate is taking people for granted. They are only concern when the money gets into their accounts.
